SENTINEL
A native real-time monitor for my home server — its own window, not a browser tab. One look tells whether everything that should be running is running.

It reads everything over one existing SSH connection — nothing gets installed on the server. It watches what should be running, so a service that never started shows up, not just one that crashed. Backups have to be fresh, updates get counted, the power draw comes straight from the socket.
It stays quiet until something actually breaks, and it is built so it can never lock its own operator out. No AI in here — a script does the job, so the model stays out.
